Becoming A Secret Shopper

As a part time job anonymous shopping has no match. As a secret shopper you have to perform this special shopping without disclosing your identity and without spending your own money. Moreover you will be paid for your shopping. If you are the person who likes shopping but dislikes to lessen the bank balance, then go for this type of work.

The job of a secret shopper is a freelancing job and it helps to let in some extra money in your domestic life and which ultimately bring some extra relief in your life. You will have to perform it on behalf of the agency that has employed you for this job. The work is very simple. You will have to visit all types of commercial places like supermarkets, departmental stores, electrical and electronic goods shop, coffee shop, mini storage and portable storage , pubs, hotels, restaurants, casinos etc. Mainly a secret shopper has to supervise the interaction between customer and the servicemen and the service they are giving the customer. You will make the report on almost every thing-the appearance of the salesperson, quality of the product to the atmosphere of the commercial place. Every minute detail is wanted in return of payment for the benefit of the business.

There are lots of agencies who provide the job of a secret shopper . But before assigned by anyone get the details of the reputation of the company because there are lots of fake companies in the market side by side the original ones. If you go through internet you will get the detail of it. After choosing one such company fill up the form that are given to you containing name, address, qualification and every minute detail of you. Once you get selected you will get a questionnaire related to the business and the set by the agency itself. You have to give answer of the questions after visiting the place you are assigned to. The sincere and honest reply is necessary. Actually the agency wants your observation. There is no scope to express your opinion or advice. What they want is your honest narration. While narrating the whole thing its not that you always have to pinpoint the failure, try to encourage and mention it where and when it is possible. Before starting your work go through the instructions very well.

Now the biggest question is who can be such a shopper. The answer is anyone can be a secret shopper because the work is not at all time consuming and there is flexibility of time in this work. Home makers who have small children and to whom working in a fixed time is almost impossible can do the work at their flexible time. Students in their leisure time may engage in the work. The income will help them to continue their study. Old people who are retired from their normal job can be engaged to keep the habit of their work. Moreover the money they earn from this job will help to keep up their confidence. Confidence and happiness ultimately keep them fit. So the job is almost like medicine to them. Though the work can be done in your flexible time there is deadline for the time of the submission of the report. As a professional special shopper you should maintain it to maintain your goodwill and to get more work.
